Awful business

If there was a way to give this company negative stars my rating would be a -5, very few of the items this company took to restore were even adequately cleaned much less restored to pre-fire condition. Many items still smell like smoke abeit with some sort of air freshener sprayed on them. My brand new generator that was not affected by the fire but they said had to be taken for "inventory" purposes was returned with a broken fuel switch, an Apple computer wasn't even opened up as evidenced by the dust still built up inside due to my not having cleaned it in a while, the keyboard still smells like smoke. The bathroom scale was wipied clean on the outside but either the water or heat from the fire caused the battery to corrode and it wasn't even removed. They have some of the worst business practices I have ever seen. When my daughter was trying to reach an agreement with the owner before we saw the condition of the returned items he was very rude even yelling at her. My advice to anyone considering this company is to run as fast as possible in the other direction!
